The Go-Kart Party is fully mobile and can travel to your area. Always remember, 'we come to your area' with our inflatable track & 4 Go-Karts.
A Go-Kart Party can be held indoors or outdoors. If your garden is big enough for the 15M x 11M track, then great, if not a local hall or one of our fixed venues would be suitable. Other suggestions could be a school playing field/car park, sports ground etc.

A Go-Kart Party lasts for 1 hour(actual driving time), can accomodate up to a maximum of 20 children and is always staffed by our trained operators. If you have a larger group of children (up to 30) we can offer a 1.5 hour party subject to availability.
The children are given name badges and arranged into groups of 4 where possible. They are then given a safety briefing along with full instruction on how to drive the Go-Karts. They are started slowly to ensure that they can control the Go-Kart with the incentive that if they drive well, they will able to go faster on their next turn which they of course always do. This process is repeated throughout the party until they have reached the appropriate speed for their age group.
Driving Challenge: During the party and if time permits, traffic cones with tennis balls sitting on top are placed on the track. By this time all the kids think they are good drivers, so we like to challenge them a little bit by having drive through the cones without knocking the balls off. If they do, it is into the pits for a one lap stop/go penalty. What we don't tell them is that the gap between the cones gets narrower and narrower and they are also placed at different angles whilst they are driving round. Also if time permits, we may have a team driving competition, points gained for overtaking, points lost for bumping etc. or play Karting statues with a whistle being blown instead of music and the last one to stop being 'out'.
Whilst the children are waiting they are encouraged to cheer for their friends and also take it in turns to wave the checkered flag. The rides last approx. two minutes each so the children are not waiting too long.
At the end of the party, the birthday boy/girl is given a lap(s) of honour with the checkered flag attached to the Go-Kart, cheered on by all their friends and the parents alike. They are then presented with a personalised engraved trophy whilst standing on the Go-Kart Party Winner's Podium, followed by all the children receiving a Go-Kart Party Driving Certificate.

Notes
Please be advised that should the maximum number of children should exceed 20 for a 1 hour party, or 30 for a 1.5 hour party, then a charge of £10 per additional child over the permitted maximum will be incurred.
Prices include the charge made by the individual Leisure Centres for the hiring of the hall. These have been specially negotiated to keep cost to a minimum and include either a seperate room or tables/chairs in the hall for food if required. Please call us for details.
If you would like to hold your Go-Kart Party in another hall of your choice or your garden, then the same price is applicable.
How to book
Please contact us to enquire about price, availabilty and location. Once confirmed over the telephone or by e-mail, we will then send you a confirmation letter and a booking form which should be completed and returned, along with a non-refundable deposit of £100.
We are more than happy to take provisional bookings which can be held for a maximum of 7 days.
